1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CYAN PMU website and our online products and services. By using this site, booking a consultation, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be a legal adult in your jurisdiction to purchase our products or book a semi-permanent makeup (PMU) procedure. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Our Services
This site provides: information and consultation booking for PMU procedures performed at our Seoul studio; CYAN ACADEMY online video courses for PMU professionals; and an AI face-reading feature that produces an informational impression report. Procedure bookings are arranged via consultation (e.g., our contact form or messenger); actual treatment is subject to a separate in-person assessment.
4. Accounts
For academy purchases you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Purchases & Pricing
Prices for digital products (academy video courses and face-reading reports) are shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. We may update prices and offerings at any time. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
6. Digital Goods & Refunds
Academy video courses and face-reading reports are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Because access is granted instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law. For Japanese consumers, please also refer to our Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure (特定商取引法に基づく表記).
7. Course Content & Intellectual Property
All site content, course videos, materials, and the CYAN brand are owned by CYAN PMU or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Course access is granted to you personally and non-transferably. You may not download, record, copy, redistribute, share login access to, or publicly display the video courses or materials. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
8. Face-Reading Disclaimer
The AI face-reading feature is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a medical, psychological, or diagnostic service and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Results are generated by an automated model and may not be accurate.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to circumvent payment or video protection (DRM), accessing the service through unauthorized means, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with the site’s operation or security.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYAN PMU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or digital products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
