Women can tell within 3 seconds.
Whether a man takes care of himself, whether he has a sense of style. One look at the brows gives it away.
To look a little sharper and more handsome, to come across as trustworthy in a sales meeting or a job interview, or to carry the kind of presence that can lift your position and your role. That is why men get their brows done.
CYAN, specialists in men's brows, designs how you will be seen and remembered.
Men's brows matter this much
1. A trustworthy face is paid differently
In one experiment, participants were shown photos of fictional managers with exactly the same career history and asked to set each manager's salary themselves.
The more trustworthy and commanding a face looked, the higher the salary it was given. The effect grew with seniority: at higher ranks, โdependableโ mattered more than โgood-looking,โ and among male faces, trustworthiness carried the largest premium.
In other words, with careers held completely equal, the impression given by the face alone changed the value people placed on the person.

2. The more attractive the face, the higher the social standing 15 years later
AI analyzed the LinkedIn profile photos of 43,000 graduates from the top 100 US MBA programs, and their careers were tracked for up to 15 years.
Graduates the AI rated as more attractive were 52.4% more likely to hold a better position 15 years on, and earned on average $2,508 more a year (about โฉ3.5 million). In the top 10%, the gap widened to $5,528 (about โฉ7.4 million).

3. A trustworthy look even moved loan interest rates
This study analyzed 6,821 online loan applications in the US. Lenders could see each applicant's credit information, income and occupation, yet they were still influenced by how trustworthy the face looked.
Applicants rated in the top 20% for trustworthiness were just as likely to get funded even when they offered an annual rate 1.36 percentage points lower. When loans did go through, trustworthy-looking borrowers paid about 0.50 percentage points less.
On a โฉ400 million loan, that works out to roughly โฉ2 million a year, or about โฉ170,000 a month.
The effect of trustworthiness on the odds of getting funded was about twice the effect of holding a college degree.

4. An attractive face can mean higher social standing 15 years later
Profile photos of some 43,000 graduates of the top 100 US MBA programs were analyzed with AI, and their careers were tracked for up to 15 years.
Graduates rated as attractive were 52.4% more likely than comparable, average-looking graduates to hold a high-status job.
In salary terms, that was a difference of about โฉ3.5 million a year on average. Among the top 10% for attractiveness, the gap grew to about โฉ7.4 million a year.
The influence of appearance did not end with the first job. Small differences accumulated through promotions and job changes, building into a gap in social standing over 15 years.

If even one of these
sounds like you
- 01โMy brows are so faint I look like I lack confidence.โ
- 02โThey're patchy and sparse, and it bothers me.โ
- 03โMy brows are untidy and it makes my whole face look messy.โ
- 04โI want a more masculine, better-looking face.โ
- 05โI have an interview or a big occasion coming up.โ
- 06โI have no idea how to groom my brows.โ
Which technique
is right for you
Gap fill (natural)
If you have hair but the gaps show through
We keep the hair you have and fill only the empty stretches. The least detectable approach.

Minimal shading (soft)
If your brows are faint and blurry overall
Very light shading lifts the overall tone. No outline is created.

Gray coverage (40+)
If gray hairs are creeping in and the density is dropping
We restore tone where the color has gone. Not covering everything, but leaving natural variation.

Impression redesign
If you want the angle and position of your brows redone too
We change both the strokes and the angle. Leftover color is cleaned up, then the brow is moved to where it fits your facial proportions.

The skill shows in
eight places
How do you want to come across?
We settle the direction of the impression before the shape of the brow.
The brows of someone who wants to look trustworthy and someone who wants a sharp, polished edge cannot be the same.
After learning about your job, how you usually dress and the image you want, we first identify what to strengthen in your face and what to soften.
Not every man's brow should be straight
We do not draw a flat line just because it is supposed to look masculine.
The angle that suits you changes with the width of the forehead, the position of the brow bone, the tilt of the eyes and the length of the face.
If the face looks long, we spread the gaze outward; if it looks wide, we bring it toward the center. We find the angle that brings you closer to the impression you want without emphasizing what you would rather not.
Balance over symmetry
Making the two brows identical can make the face look more asymmetrical.
The bone structure and muscle strength differ from one side of the face to the other. Matching only the brows with a ruler can make a difference in the eyes or the cheekbones stand out instead.
We check the face at rest and in motion with the eyes open, and look for the position where the whole face reads as balanced, rather than where the two brows are perfectly identical.
We connect the flow, not draw hairs
Strokes that run against your natural hair look wrong.
Men's brow hair does not grow neatly in one direction. Hairs that stand up, lie sideways and cross each other all live in the same brow.
Ignoring this flow and drawing lines in a set pattern makes the treated area float on its own instead of connecting naturally.
CYAN observes the thickness, spacing and growth direction of your natural brows closely, then chooses the technique that blends most naturally with your hair flow. We connect only the empty parts, finishing so no one can tell where your own brow ends and the work begins.
Gaps, not outlines
We do not create a new outline for the brow.
The biggest reason men's brows look artificial is a crisp outline and identical density from start to finish.
Instead of repainting the whole brow, we fill only the broken and sparse parts. Where the hair is already dense we leave it alone and add density only where it is lacking, so the brow does not look like a sticker.
A different method for every skin
We do not choose the technique by gender alone.
Even among men, skin thickness and oiliness, pore size, how the skin bleeds and whether old pigment is present all differ.
Throughout the procedure we keep checking how the skin responds, adjusting pressure, speed and the amount of pigment area by area. It is not about going deep and dark; what matters is leaving just as much as each skin needs, and leaving it stable.
The healed color, not today's
The sharpness right after the procedure is not the final result.
Brow color lightens as it heals and blends into your natural skin tone and hair color.
CYAN chooses the color that connects naturally with your face after healing, not the one that looks sharpest on the day. We plan the color and density so that red or blue residue does not linger excessively over time.
Knowing when to stop
Stopping just short takes skill too.
Going dark from the start is hard to undo, but anything lacking can be added precisely at the touch-up after healing.
So CYAN does not force a finished result in a single session. The first session creates a density that blends naturally with your face; after seeing the healed result, we add only what is truly needed.
Well-done men's brows are not the first thing you notice. The face simply looks tidier, the impression clearer, and more trustworthy than before.
On the day,
step by step
- 01
Consultation
We look at your natural hair direction and face shape, and agree together on what โnot obviousโ means for you.
- 02
Cleanse ยท Disinfect
The skin is prepared for work. Men's skin tends to be oilier, so we check it more carefully.
- 03
Before photos
Front and side views are recorded.

Hair tidying
Only the coarse hairs outside the design are tidied.
- 07
Work begins
We fill from the gaps first. The whole brow is not redrawn.
- 08
Midway sit-up check โก
We sit you up and check both sides and the density from the front.

The questions we hear
most often
Is it over the top for a man to get his brows done?
These days most men come in ahead of an interview, a sales role or another occasion where impressions count. The less a man draws his brows, the more they need to look like โthe brows he was born with,โ so we work even more carefully.
Will people be able to tell?
The standard for men's work is โit looks like nothing was done.โ The first session goes in noticeably lighter, and if it is not enough we raise it at the touch-up. Dark is hard to undo.
Is it noticeable while healing?
Days 3โ5 right after are the darkest. It then lightens by 30โ40% over 4โ6 weeks and settles. If you have something important coming up, we go lighter still.
Should the brows be angular?
Your face shape gives the answer. A long face calls for something closer to horizontal; a round face takes a slight angle. Raising the arch is an instant giveaway.
My interview is in 2 weeks. Can I do it now?
Days 3โ5 right after are the darkest, then it lightens. If your date is within 2 weeks, we either go lighter or recommend booking after it.
