Consult and procedure, by the director herself — every time, start to finish
Plenty of people do the work well. CYAN designs the way a face is remembered — from a structure where psychology, education, manufacturing and a global reach all converge in a single pair of hands.
First Korean to train Japanese medical staff
Regular classes for clinic nurses in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya (since 2023). Lead master instructor for Tokyo’s MA Clinic in 2026.
A director certified in clinical psychology
Behind the word “natural” is a quiet fear of it going wrong. A consult that reads that fear first and translates it into design language. She also holds an art-therapy counselling qualification.
The hands that make the needles
She develops her own needles, taking part in 0.1mm nano-milling at a GMP facility.
A standard the industry recognises
ISO international standard · PMU competition judge · host of the Innovation PMU conference in Tokyo.
A name sought worldwide
Featured in Japan’s Ginger magazine · ambassador for POPU, BUFF and FACE · appearances on Chilean TV.
30,000 cases across borders
30,000 cumulative procedures, with guests arriving from Singapore, Spain, Chile, the USA, Poland and beyond.
Why the result is different
The same procedure lands differently because there are six places where the hand makes or breaks it.
Reading
Before drawing, we read your facial balance and impression. The director — nationally certified in clinical psychology — starts by asking how you want to be seen.
Texture
Instead of etching each hair in a hard, dark stroke, we layer soft shading again and again to build the natural flow of brow hairs.
Needle
We use needles made through 0.1mm nano-milling we take part in at a GMP facility. In the end, the result is decided at the tip of the needle.
Depth
We place pigment evenly at the exact depth between epidermis and dermis. Too deep and it bleeds; too shallow and it fades.
Healed colour
We choose not for the colour that looks pretty today, but for the colour it will settle into one or two years from now.
Intensity
So that the result you got in Korea holds its own in your daily life back home, we design the very edge of natural. Makeup, yet not quite makeup.
Get it wrong, and PMU is hard to undo
The same procedure gives different results from person to person — brow bone, lip line and facial balance all differ. So we work without a fixed template, designing afresh for each individual face.
The most common regret is brows that float oddly off the face. CYAN never etches each hair in a hard, dark stroke; we layer soft shading again and again to land at a ‘makeup, yet not quite makeup’ intensity. Above all, we choose your colour not for what looks pretty at the mirror today, but for the colour it will settle into one or two years from now — so it never falls out of step with your face over time.
That’s exactly why we don’t start from a brow shape. The consult begins by listening: how you want to be seen, and what’s been weighing on you. From there we read your brow bone, forehead space and the balance of your features to find the line that fits your face — not a trending shape.
We set left-right balance first at the design stage, then sit you up mid-procedure to check it again. Once the colour has healed, a retouch perfects the finish.
Before removing, we read it first. We check the depth of the remaining colour, then correct with a complementary tone or laser clean-up before redesigning — we never simply cover it over.
You can decide only after seeing the design for yourself. Before we begin, we draw the design onto your face and check it together in the mirror — and we work only within the shape you’ve approved. We stay with you in your own language from consult to aftercare, and keep reviewing your progress over messenger even after you’ve flown home.
The results speak for themselves

Not a menu — four ways to shift your impression
Not a treatment menu, but tools to design the way your face is remembered.
Zero hidden costs. We charge only the amount you’ve agreed
Don’t just look at the price — look at what’s included. Figures are for two sessions with retouch included, and nothing is charged beyond the amount you’ve agreed.
※ Varies by design and scope; confirmed at consultation.
Single-use supplies
Needles and consumables are single-use as a rule. Tools used on one guest are never reused.
Disinfected tools
Every instrument is prepared and used only after it has been thoroughly disinfected.
Design & symmetry checked twice
Before we start and again mid-procedure, we check left-right balance and the design twice, and proceed only after your approval.
Before-after records · in-house needles
We record before and after in photos, and use needles we make ourselves at 0.1mm in a GMP facility.
Frequently asked
We’re with you in Japanese, Chinese, English and Korean from consult to aftercare. We start with a consult in your own language over messenger before you book.
2 nights, 3 days is enough. A quick progress check the day after the procedure, then you can fly home — after that we manage everything via LINE.
Send progress photos via LINE after you’re home and CYAN checks them personally and advises you. Aftercare is free.
At the consult we confirm the design and scope and give you a precise quote first. We proceed only with your consent, with no extra costs.
Consumables are single-use as a rule, and tools are disinfected before use. We proceed only after the design and scope have been agreed in advance.
“What if I don’t like it?” — so we show you first
Design agreed in advance
We proceed only with the design you’ve approved. You can decide after seeing the design.
Aftercare in your language
After you return home, we review your progress together via messenger in your own language.
Transparent costs
We work only within the quote you’ve agreed to, with no hidden costs.
By your side, in your language
In Japanese, Chinese and English, we stay with you from consult through aftercare.
No pressure — just start with a consult
Just leave your preferred dates and the service you’re after, and we’ll reach out in your own language to plan the design and schedule together.
