How should I read the before-and-after photos?
The key is that you want healed photos, not day-of photos.
A healed photo is one taken about a month later, after the colour has settled. Immediately after, the colour is at its darkest and furthest from what actually stays.And if the lighting changes shot to shot, there's nothing to compare, so look for cases photographed under consistent conditions.
